A no personal-information-gathering cookie, no-tracking, need-to-know data policy.
We may use session objects (non-persistent, or session-state cookies) to maintain settings for PHL Audio users during a logged-in session. These exist only during the session — nothing is left on a machine once the user has logged out. We also offer the option of storing log-in details (user name and password) in a cookie at sign-up to allow automatic log-in on subsequent visits. The default setting is not to store this information.
By « need-to-know » we mean that only authorized PHL Audio agents may access the data provided during sign-up — and even then, only the PHL Audio representative geographically associated with a member can access that member’s specific information.
PHL Audio may periodically update this Privacy Policy. If so, the updated policy will be posted on this site. We encourage you to review it from time to time for any changes.
Membership requires a legitimate e-mail address plus a few other data fields, including user name and password. We dynamically track only two pieces of member data: each member’s last log-in (visit) and a running total of their log-ins. No other data is gathered or tracked.
We never collect information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not submit any personal information to our site. We will not send unwanted spam, though on rare occasions (such as a major new product release) we may get in touch.
